Setting up Okta FastPass

Touch ID must be enabled on your Mac before beginning this process. Okta FastPass uses biometric authentication, and enabling Touch ID is required for full functionality.

1. Windows: come to the IT office in BG124 at middle school or CH302 at upper school you're using a Windows laptop.

2. On a Mac laptop, download the Okta Verify app from the App Store

3. When the download is complete, install the Okta Verify App.

4. Launch Okta Verify

   • click Get Started

5. Click Next on How it Works

6. Under the New Account section, enter the following URL in the Organization's Sign-In URL (login.hw.com)

7. Click Next

8. Okta will open a browser window prompting you to sign in. Complete the authentication by approving a push on your mobile Okta Verify app.

9. On your laptop, the Enable Touch ID or Password confirmation box will appear, click Enable

10. Your account has been added. Your device is enrolled in Okta FastPass.
