Prerequisites
HW network access or internet connection
Active HW account with SSO credentials
Administrative access to install software (for laptops/desktops)
Steps
Go to https://zoom.hw.com.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download Client.
Choose the download type and run the installer and complete the installation.
Open the Zoom app.
On the sign-in page, select Sign in with SSO.
If the domain field is not automatically filled, type harvardwestlake manually.
Follow the prompts to complete SSO authentication using your HW login credentials.
Once signed in, you can use Zoom for calls, meetings, and messaging across devices.
