Setting up Okta Verify for Push Notification MFA
On your mobile device, download the Okta Verify app from the iOS App Store if you're using an iPhone, or the Google Play App Store if you're using an Android device.

From a laptop or desktop computer, log in to https://login.hw.com. In the upper right-hand corner, click your name and go to Settings.
Under Security Methods, click the Set up button next to Okta Verify.
Click the Set up button under Okta Verify.
You should now see a QR code you must scan from your mobile device.
Open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device and follow these steps:
Tap the + sign to add an account.
Tap the Organization account type.
Tap the Skip button on the "Add Account from Another Device" screen.
Tap the "Yes, Ready to Scan" button.
Use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code on your laptop or desktop screen.
Tap the Enable button for "Enable Biometric or Passcode Confirmation?".
Tap Done.
You've successfully set up Push Notification MFA! The next time you log in to HW where MFA is required, you'll see the following:
After entering your username and password, you'll have more options to choose from. Select "Get a push notification".
Your screen will show a number. At the same time, your mobile device will receive a push notification. Tap the push notification and then tap the matching number.
Login Screen: Mobile Device:
After selecting the matching number, your login will complete. Please remember, never approve an MFA request unless you initiated the login yourself. If you receive an unexpected prompt, it may indicate a compromised password. MFA is your safeguard against unauthorized access-don't bypass it.
